Fitting: Rubber fitting, Please note we prefer to supply these now with a safety rubber gripper which we fit to our NHS Service pins, following comments about the sharp metal can cause cuts.   I wear many pins and I have never had experience of the fitting coming undone unlike the metal clutch fittings.
